Under this service, we prepare detailed payroll data, including employee salary information, working hours, and relevant adjustments provided by your business or payroll provider. Reimbursement tracking is also included, ensuring employee expenses and reimbursements are accurately recorded and aligned with payroll records.
To maintain clean and accurate accounts, we complete payroll journal posting, ensuring wages, employer costs, and related payroll expenses are correctly reflected in your bookkeeping system. This helps maintain accurate Profit & Loss statements and ensures payroll costs are properly accounted for each period.
Please note that this service is strictly support-only. The final payroll calculation, payslip generation, and HMRC submission are completed by your payroll provider. This allows you to retain full control of statutory reporting while benefiting from accurate accounting support.
This service is charged at £4 per employee per month, with a minimum monthly fee of £20, making it a cost-effective solution for businesses seeking reliable payroll accounting support without duplicating payroll services.
