The Junior Bookkeeper package is part of our Dedicated FTE (Full-Time Equivalent) Model, designed for UK accountants and businesses that require a reliable, full-time bookkeeping resource without the costs and complexity of in-house hiring.
Under this model, you are assigned a full-time remote junior bookkeeper who works exclusively on your files and follows your processes, systems, and internal controls. The bookkeeper is QuickBooks and Xero certified, ensuring familiarity with UK bookkeeping standards and commonly used accounting software.
This role is ideal for handling day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including transaction posting, bank reconciliations, expense categorisation, invoice and bill entry, and routine ledger maintenance. All work is completed under your direct supervision, allowing you to maintain full control over quality, workflows, and client communication.
The service includes UK time overlap, enabling smooth collaboration, timely responses, and effective coordination with your team. White-label support is also available, allowing the bookkeeper to operate under your brand name when working with clients, if required.
